Key Personnel

Mr. Johnson is the founder, President & CEO and a member of the board of directors for Paramount Aviation Resources Group. Mr. Johnson graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. He worked as a flight instructor and commuter airline pilot before joining Trans World Airlines (TWA) in 1996. Mr. Johnson’s flight experience includes BA-3100, DC-9, MD-80, B757, B767 and B747 aircraft in international and domestic operations throughout Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Pilot in Honolulu, Hawaii overseeing DC-10 and B-747 crews for JALWays (a subsidiary of Japan Airlines). His responsibilities included crew support, contractual issues, new hire interviewing and B747 simulator evaluations.
Using his background in aviation crew leasing, flight operations, instruction and management, Mr. Johnson created Paramount to provide the highest caliber personnel to world class companies. He founded the company on the core principals of honesty, integrity, complete customer satisfaction and safety in aviation. Mr. Johnson loves aviation and continues to fly on occasion through the ferry services offered by Paramount.
Mr. Johnson is in the final year of completing his Juris Doctorate law degree from Concord University School of Law.

Mr. Johnson flew for over 31 years at Trans World Airlines as well as for Nippon Cargo Airlines. He worked as a line pilot, instructor, check airman, fleet manager and chief pilot. His flight experience includes B-727, B-707 and B-747 aircraft. He holds a JCAB (Japan) type rating on the B-747 as well. He has flown in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. He has a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. |

Mr. Escola is the Director of Training Support for Paramount. Mr. Escola brings extensive operational experience into our company. He earned a B.S. in Aeronautics at San Jose State University. Furthermore, he obtained his FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic license while completing his degree. Following his graduation he joined the United States Air Force and became an instructor pilot in the Air Training Command. Mr. Escola completed his service in the Air Force as a mission ready F-16 pilot.
Mr. Escola then flew Dash 8 aircraft for Horizon Airlines before being hired at Trans World Airlines (TWA) in 1994. Mr. Escola flew as a B727 Flight Engineer and Instructor then as a B767/B757 domestic and international pilot. He then flew as a B747 Captain for JALWays (a subsidiary of Japan Airlines). Mr. Escola has logged thousands of international flight hours in both Pacific and European operations, as well as a comprehensive background of flight instruction. His flight skills and attention to detail are outstanding. His positive attitude and outstanding experience coupled with his diverse flying history make him an invaluable resource to our company. |

Mrs. Lokey has over 16 years in the business field. She has worked for major corporations such as Honeywell, Beiersdorf, Pitney Bowes and Citizens Communications. For the past 3 years, she has been an independent business consultant working for small business organizations where she has been able to utilize her skill-sets in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Advertising and Finance. Along with her business experience Mrs. Lokey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and an MBA in International Business. |

Michael J. Savinelli, C.P.A., ESQ., LL.M.
Member of the Board
Mr. Savinelli is a Tax Attorney and Certified Public Accountant. His experience includes U.S. corporate taxation and international taxation, initial public offerings, SEC filings, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked at multiple Fortune 500 corporations and has many years of experience advising those companies on a myriad of U.S. and international tax issues. Mr. Savinelli has particular experience with European taxation and Asian taxation, as well as doing business in emerging markets. |

Alex J. Johnson
Member of the Board
Mr. Johnson is Chairman of The Board for JB Management, Inc. Mr. Johnson established JB Management, Inc. in 1990 and served as Chief Executive Officer from inception until Sept, 2008. Prior to forming JB Management, Mr .Johnson served with for over 28 years in the U.S. Army retiring with the rank of Colonel. Mr. Johnson has a Master’s degree in Management from Central Michigan University. He completed the Penn State Executive Management Program. Additionally, Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College, the Defense Systems Management College and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Mr. Johnson was inducted into the Field Artillery Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame in 2000. |
