Key Personnel

Mr. Johnson is the founder, President & CEO and a member of the board of directors for Paramount Aviation Resources Group ("Paramount"). He began his aviation career as a flight instructor and then as a commuter airline pilot with Northwest Airlink before joining Trans World Airlines (TWA) in 1996. In 2001 TWA was acquired by American Airlines. Mr. Johnson’s flight experience includes BA-3100, DC-9, MD-80, B-757, B-767 and B-747 aircraft in international and domestic operations throughout Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East and North America. Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Pilot in Honolulu, Hawaii overseeing DC-10 and B-747 crews for JALWays (a subsidiary of Japan Airlines). His responsibilities included crew support, contractual issues, new hire interviewing and B-747 simulator evaluations.
Using his background in aviation crew leasing, flight operations, instruction and management, Mr. Johnson created Paramount to provide the highest caliber personnel to world class companies. He founded the company on the core principals of honesty, integrity, complete customer satisfaction and safety in aviation. Mr. Johnson loves aviation and continues to fly on occasion through the ferry services offered by Paramount.
Mr. Johnson holds a Juris Doctorate law degree from Concord University School of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. |

Mr. Johnson's fantastic aviation career includes serving as a tactical pilot in the U.S. Air Force flying the
F-102A Delta Dagger as well as over 31 years at Trans World Airlines (TWA) and later at Nippon Cargo Airlines while under contract from TWA.
Upon joining TWA in 1965 Mr. Johnson worked as a Flight Engineer on the Lockheed Constellation ("Connie"). He held varous operational and managerial positions at TWA, including: domestic and international line pilot, instructor, FAA designated check airman, Manager of Pilots at JFK, Manager of the JFK Training Center and Director of Flying (TWA System Chief Pilot). His flight experience includes B-707, B-727 and B-747 aircraft. He holds a JCAB (Japan) type rating on the B-747 as well. He has flown in North America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
He holds a Master of Aeronautical Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Southern Illinois University. |

Mr. Jarrah has proven to be a tremendous asset since joining Paramount. Mr. Jarrah joined Paramount as a Recruiting Specialist and has since been promoted to Vice President of Recruitment Services. He has an extensive background in aviation and Flight Operations support services.
Prior to his aviation career, Mr. Jarrah was employed by COMSAT (now part of Lockheed Martin) where his duties included editing and testing orbital analysis software programs in addition to editing and compiling software manuals for the end customer.
He served as both a Pilot and Flight Training and Standards Analyst for US Airways where he worked on many diverse programs including AQP, Fuel Awareness, Exemption 5487, ERJ-170 CAT II Requirements, Windshear, Domestic RVSM and various other projects.
During a furlough period from US Airways, Mr. Jarrah held the position of Assistant Chief Pilot for AvBase Aviation, LLC where he managed the daily flight operations of a Part 135 all-jet charter operation. His duties included addressing company and flight crew concerns, maintaining accurate FAA Records, and creating company specific aircraft SOPs and checklists.
Mr. Jarrah also served as the Technical Pilot for NAS in Saudi Arabia where he co-managed the Embraer aircraft fleet plus created all Embraer Fleet Publications in addition to launching a pilot on-line library andcommunication system.
Mr. Jarrah has flown B-737, A-320, E-170/190, BE-1900, CE-650, CL-65, and DO-328 aircraft. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Garcia serves as a Recruiting Specialist for Paramount. He brings with him an impressive and diverse background in flight operations spanning over 15 years. He has served as both a dispatcher and flight crewmember. His technical skills and deep knowledge of aircraft performance, aviation regulations have enabled him be involved in several strategic positions in Flight Operations departments in South and North America.
He has served as a Senior and Lead Aircraft Dispatcher with experience in the following aircraft: B-727, B-737, B-767ER, DC-9, A-320, and A-340. Mr. Garcia also served as a Lead Dispatcher for Netjets Aviation, one of the world’s premier executive jet fractional ownership companies. During his time in Netjets Mr. Garcia worked on many diverse initiatives including: Flight Dispatcher Master Schedule improvement, Flight Tracking policies, and Online Dispatcher Training. He also worked closely with Tactical Managers and Chief Pilots to verify the accuracy of aircraft performance data and airport data softwarefor the entire Netjets fleet. Mr. Garcia has worked at domestic and international airports as Ground Operation Supervisor where he enforced safety and hazardous material regulations in accordance with IOSA and ISAGO standards for passenger flights.
Mr. Garcia has flown BE-90, DC-3, DC-9, B-727 and Super27 aircraft in international and domestic operations throughout the Caribbean, as well as North and South America. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Technology from Everglades University in Boca Raton, FL. He is currently working to complete his Master’s Degree in Aviation Science with dual specialization in Aviation/Aerospace Operation and Human Factor from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Michael J. Savinelli, C.P.A., ESQ., LL.M.
Member of the Board
Mr. Savinelli is a Tax Attorney and Certified Public Accountant. His experience includes U.S. corporate taxation and international taxation, initial public offerings, SEC filings, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked at multiple Fortune 500 corporations and has many years of experience advising those companies on a myriad of U.S. and international tax issues. Mr. Savinelli has particular experience with European taxation and Asian taxation, as well as doing business in emerging markets. |

Alex J. Johnson

Mr. Johnson is Chairman of The Board for JB Management, Inc. Mr. Johnson established JB Management, Inc. in 1990 and served as Chief Executive Officer from inception until Sept, 2008. Prior to forming JB Management, Mr .Johnson served with for over 28 years in the U.S. Army retiring with the rank of Colonel. Mr. Johnson has a Master’s degree in Management from Central Michigan University. He completed the Penn State Executive Management Program. Additionally, Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College, the Defense Systems Management College and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. Mr. Johnson was inducted into the Field Artillery Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame in 2000. |
